Mrs. Ebi is an expert in the structuring, documentation, securitisation, marketing of capital market issues and asset and liability management. She participated in several capital market issues and pension fund management. Mrs. Ebi attended several courses and training relevant to these areas of discipline. She is currently the Managing Director of the company and married with three children.

AMBROSIE BRYANT CHUKWUELOKA ORJIAKO
is a
Trauma/ Orthopaedic Surgeon. His special interest
however, is in business developments especially in the
oil and gas sector. He graduated from the University of
Lagos in 1985 with MB. B. CH/MB.BS. He is a Fellow of
the West African College of Surgeons and an Associate
Fellow of the Nigerian Post graduate Medical College.
Dr.
A. B. C Orjiako is a successful entrepreneur with
interests in varied businesses, which include Energy.
Petroleum, Trading, Exploration and Marine services. He
is also Chairman of Ordrec Group Limited, Abbey Court
Trading Company Limited, and Neimeth Pharmaceuticals
Plc among others. He is on the Board of several other
high net worth companies like Diamond Bank Plc among
others. He is a community role model, and accomplished
philanthropist in the different areas of human
development. He is currently the chairman of Rangers
International Foot Ball Club of Enugu and the past
President, National Association of Resident Doctors
(NARD) of Nigeria.
Mr. Diamond P. O. UJU is a Chartered Accountant with a wide range of experience both in Professional Practice and banking industry. He qualified (with MERIT) as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and also has an HND Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic. He started his professional career with the first indigenous firm of chartered accountants (Akintola Williams and Co. Chartered Accountants) where he worked for 5 years. During this period, he successfully managed a branch of the firm with responsibilities for providing accounting, audit, consulting and tax management services to clients from across industry sectors of the Nigerian economy. A chartered accountant with a high level of integrity and repute, he started his banking career in 1985 with Chase Merchant Bank ( Nigeria ) Limited (renamed Continental Merchant Bank Plc) and rose to the position of senior manager and head of management internal control department. During his 11-year career with CMB Plc, he acquired substantial experience and exposure in all aspects of the bank's business. Mr. Uju attended several courses during this period including attachment with America Express Bank, New York . He is currently the GM in charge of internal control and ethics. .
